Stage 2: France to Turkey

Europe:
UK, France, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia,
Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Cyprus.

Stage 3: Jordan

Syria’s at war and there are currently no ferries across the Mediterranean to Egypt. We’ll get the ferry from Turkey to Cyprus but we’re then forced to jump on a plane from Cyprus to Jordan.

Stage 4: Cairo to Cape Town

Africa:
Egypt; the current situation in the Sinai means we’re forced to fly from Jordan to Cairo
Sudan, Ethiopia,
Kenya (Due to security concerns, we plan to take a transfer through northern Kenya)
Uganda and Rwanda.

Due to recent developments in the country and the latest security advice, we are now bypassing Burundi and will continue from Rwanda straight into Tanzania, Zambia,
Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa.
